China Food Culture and Tastiest Dumplings

Let Everyone know

Chinese food culture is as old as China itself. Some traditions are decades old but are still being followed the same way. Many Chinese cuisines are still made in the way Chinese ancestors made them, just a lot better in taste. Chinese food culture is also distinct from the rest of the world by the way they consume it. They use chopsticks to pick food, not spoons or forks. The main ingredient in every Chinese food is Chinese wheat noodles, whereas rice is also served along with many Chinese dishes.

Although there are many similarities in Chinese food culture across China, there are many diversities as well. Many regions of china have a whole different cuisine leaving only a few dishes in similarity. People in China don’t like east desserts in the main course. Instead, they consume desserts as snacks between meals.

People from southern china eat steamed rice as their staple food as southern china is a rice farming area, whereas people from northern china harvest wheat crops and hence eat food made of flour like noodles and dumplings.
